The website www.shop.mommyandme.gr (hereinafter “e-shop”) belongs to the company with the distinctive title “AGGOURAKI IOANNA ZACH” (A.F.M. 155311797, D.O.Y. Ionias) based in Sindo Thessaloniki, Chrysostomou Street 9, Smyrnis, Postal Code 57400 (hereinafter the “Company”) (contact phone: + 306997149273, e-mail: shop@mommyandme.gr) and is an online store selling digital products and services to parents, relatives or caregivers of children (hereinafter “Users”).
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the “e-shop” services. By using the “e-shop” you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, as well as creating an account in the “e-shop” and/or by purchasing products/services, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to be able to draw up and contribute to legal contracts according to the applicable law, the provisions of the Civil Code and PD 131/2003. If you do not meet the specific criteria or do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use and access the “e-shop”.
The “Company” may modify these terms of use at any time without notice. Any changes to the terms will be effective immediately from their announcement on the website and the “User” is obliged to periodically check whether modifications have occurred. Each “User” is obliged to check the content of the terms of use periodically for any changes, otherwise the use of the website after the modifications is considered as acceptance of the terms of use, as modified. - User Account
- Create a “User Account”
In order for the “User” to be able to use the services provided through the “e-shop” he must proceed to create an account (hereinafter “User Account”) by indicating his personal electronic address (“e-mail”) and a password (“password”). Each “User” may create, use and have access to only one “User Account”.
When creating the “User Account”, it is possible that additional information will be requested, including the name and place of residence of the “User” or information to confirm the identity of the “User”. All information and data provided by the “User” must be accurate, complete and valid and the “User” undertakes to keep it accurate, complete and valid. In the event that the information provided by the “User” is found to be inaccurate, untrue, incomplete and invalid, the “Company” reserves the right to terminate the possibility of using the “User Account”. The Personal Data of the “User” will be used as detailed in the Data Protection Policy. In order to register in the “e-shop”, the “User” will need to go to the Registration Form and follow the steps described in the relevant section.
- Update or cancel your “User Account”
The “User” has the right at any time to update the details of his registration in the “e-shop” through the corresponding option in his account. He can also cancel his registration and his e-shop account at any time. Upon submission of a deletion request, the deletion takes place automatically and all relevant personal data of the “User” are immediately deleted, with future effect, unless the “Company” is obliged to retain them by an express provision of law (e.g. for tax purposes). By canceling his account, he ceases to have access to the product/service he has purchased from the “e-shop”.
- Cancellation of the account by the “Company”
The “Company” reserves the right at any time to unilaterally terminate and delete the “User Account” without prior justification, in the event that prohibited actions by the “User” are detected, as described below.
- Product Description and License (access)
The products/services sold in this “e-shop” are in digital form and no physical goods are sent. The “User” has full access to the product/service for which he has paid the required monetary consideration, as soon as the payment is confirmed (possible delays in interbank transactions). Access is through the website and the “User Account” created by the “User” and for the period of time set by the “Company” for each product/service.

As a reason for the deposit, the name of the “User” and the order number (as indicated in the order confirmation email received by the “User”) should be filled in.
The deposit of the amount of money can be done through a bank or e-banking. In the second case, the costs of the transaction are borne exclusively by the principal/buyer.
- Paypal
With this payment option the “User” is automatically transferred to the secure PayPal payment environment. No Paypal account required, he can pay directly with his credit or debit card.
- Ασφάλεια πληρωμών
The “Company” does not access and does not store information related to the bank or the debit or credit card of the “User”.
The “Company” will not be liable for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) suffered by a member whose card is used illegally or used in an unauthorized manner.
- Returns Policy
- Right of Withdrawal
In the “e-shop”, pursuant to the provision of Law 2251/1994 and the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, if the performance began with the prior express consent of the “User” and the confirmation on his part that he thereby loses the right of withdrawal. The right therefore cannot be satisfied if any part of the provided service has already been provided and an act of access to the content of the digital product/service has been carried out in any way or means.
- Money return
Given that these are purely digital products/services, there is no question of non-receipt or defect.
Refunds are made exclusively in case of proven inability to use the online service or download the digital product, due to the fault of the “Company”, and inability to repair the problem within two (2) working days. Refunds are made strictly within five (5) working days, starting from the day after the failure to repair the problem was discovered. After the aforementioned period of time, no refund is provided by the company. In the case of a refund, the return costs are borne by the consumer. In case the return is made to another bank’s account, the bank charges are borne by the customer.
Refunds are not made for personal reasons of the “User”, in accordance with the inapplicability of the right of withdrawal for digital products/services, as mentioned above.
- Prohibited actions
All information and content available in the “e-shop” are the product of the Industrial and Intellectual Property of the “Company”. The content of the “e-shop” includes but is not limited to: the aesthetic aspect and the perception resulting from the use of the e-shop, the text, images, graphics, visual media, videos, audio messages, sounds, articles, symbols, databases, software of any kind, and any other intangible property available in the e-shop (collectively: “e-shop Content”). The “e-shop” provides a limited, exclusive, and free license to use by the “User”, by viewing, printing or downloading the content of the digital product/service for strictly personal use.
This limited license does not include exploitation, in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose without the express, prior written consent of the company. Such exploitation includes, but is not limited to, the use, reproduction, copying, representation, sale, resale, access or any form of modification. Any unauthorized or non-consented use of the Content may infringe the Intellectual or Industrial Property rights of the “Company”, and may result in the cancellation of said limited use described above, subject to legal remedies and aids provided by these provisions.
- Limitation of Liability
The “Company” reserves the right to modify, renew and/or withdraw the products/services it provides in the “e-shop” at any time and without prior notice. The same applies to its pricing policy, any offers and discounts which it may choose and carry out freely as well as modify, renew and/or withdraw at any time and without prior notice and/or meeting a deadline under the condition of information of “Users” as and where legally provided.
The “Company” cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in the image and video quality you see on the screen of your personal computer, as well as on any other screen of any other device (mobile phone, laptop, tablet), given the different technologies used for the construction of each screen.
- Privacy
The “Company” respects the privacy of “Users” following the Data Protection Policy in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 679/2016. The collection of personal data (name, address, email) of the “Users” is done purely for the purchase and use of the products/services of the “e-shop” and are not used by the “Company” for any other purpose.
